12 Wks Advanced / Full Gear
This 12-week advanced program is designed for Hybrid Athletes with full equipment access. Divided into three phases, it builds strength, endurance, and conditioning step by step: foundation in Weeks 1–4, intensity and Hyrox integration in Weeks 5–8, and competition preparation in Weeks 9–12. Training combines barbell lifts, sled work, SkiErg, RowErg, Assault Bike, and Hyrox-style circuits. Benchmarks at Week 4, 8, and 12 track progress and prepare you for peak performance.
