Workout – For Time (5 Rounds):
• 250m SkiErg
• 20 Walking Lunges (bodyweight or weighted)
• 15 Push-ups
• 12 Pull-ups or TRX Rows
Warm-up:
– 3 min SkiErg
– Shoulder & hip openers
– 2 rounds: 10 lunges + 6 push-ups + 6 ring rows
Scale options:
– SkiErg: 150m
– Lunges: bodyweight only, 12–16 reps
– Push-ups: on knees or incline
– Pull-ups: Jumping Pull-ups or TRX Rows
