What time of the day do you prefer to stretch?
Morning or evening movement — which feels more realistic for you? 💙 I personally enjoy morning stretching. It gets the juices flowing and it's a great way to start the day! Although evening movement can definitely help you get better sleep. No right or wrong answer just preference 🙂
