Socks rhubarb and custard

I'm knitting size 2 of this socks and I struggle with row count in the heel flap.

At the end of short row just before we end with 35sts between mA and mB.

In the first row of heel flap we move both mA and mB 2 sts towards the inside of the range so we decrease 4 sts. Moreover we knit one SSK so we decrease one more st.

The total sts decrease should the be 5 and not 4 as mentioned in the pattern and we should end with 30sts between mA and mB.

Am I right?
