DECREASE NECK BAND
any recommendations? I'd like to make my neck opening smaller and maybe more stable before ribbing. I also really like the collar's look on the SONG OF THE MOON sweater (pictured below) has anyone here made it? could I apply that here on this one? would it make much of a difference?
