Great Advice: Reframe It🦉👨‍🦳🙏🏼
From Igor Kheifets: So here’s my challenge for you this week:Next time life sucker-punches you—and it will—skip the three-day pity party. Cry if you must, smash a plate or two if you’re into that kind of therapy… but then reframe it. Ask yourself: “How is this happening for me, not to me?” Because sometimes the obstacle isn’t blocking your path.Sometimes—it is the path.

Great Advice: Reframe It🦉👨‍🦳🙏🏼
📌 How to make working so fun you don't WANT to procrastinate
Two years ago, I hated school. I’d sit down to study, open my homework, pull out my pencil… and then within seconds, I’d be on YouTube. Just endlessly scrolling Shorts, trying to avoid the discomfort of real work. Even when I tried to focus, my mind would drift. I’d open up Google Classroom, then instinctively open a new tab and type "youtube.com" without even realizing. It was like I wasn’t in control. Like there was something inside me that just had to avoid work. So what did I do? I compromised. I let the videos play quietly in the background. I started my homework with distractions on both screens. And eventually I convinced myself that this was just how I worked best — that I needed stimulation to stay productive. But deep down, I knew it wasn’t true. I knew I was lying to myself. ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ And I think a lot of people are in the same place. They don’t actually like studying. It doesn’t feel good. So they add music, or background noise, or scrolling breaks — just to make it bearable. But the truth is… they’ve never actually experienced what studying can feel like. I didn’t either. Until I found flow. ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ Flow is this strange, beautiful state. You’re doing work, but it doesn’t feel like work. Time passes without you noticing. You forget to check your phone. You stop thinking about how much you hate what you're doing. You just do it. And it feels effortless. It’s not always easy to access, but when you do… it changes how you see everything. You start enjoying tasks that used to drain you. You stop reaching for dopamine. You don’t need noise or stimulation — because the work itself becomes rewarding. And here’s the thing: Flow isn’t some magical feeling you need to chase. It’s something you can train. There are systems for getting into flow. You can design your environment, your habits, your mindset — so that flow becomes a regular part of your life. When I discovered that, everything changed. ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ I stopped trying to multitask during class. I stopped listening to music that pulled me out of focus. I started using techniques like deep work blocks, cold showers, deliberate triggers — all things that prepared my brain to enter flow.

Currently I am an online coach, I fcking love it because I get the chance to truly make a difference in someone's life and business. Topics of today: 1. 🌍My business/purpose story 2. ❤️What does purpose mean imo? 3. 🧠How to live a purposeful life & Business 4. 💸SUMMARY Let’s get it boys! (and girls) 🌍PART 1: My business/purpose story Yo, okay, so here's my story regarding business and my purpose, alright. So back in the day, it was November 2024, I remember the exact date, it was actually 31 October 2024. I joined a coaching, a coaching regarding dropshipping, e-commerce, it was more the brand and dropshipping side, but I realized soon enough that obviously it was cool, I made some money, I made like 10k in revenue, but I noticed that it was not that fun to pursue, it was never really fun to actually make money with this business model. The way you actually made money was you go on Facebook ads library, you look for competitors and their ads, you look for winning products you copy the competitor with the text, the whole product description, you copy their ads, you copy their ad copy, all those type of things, right, and then eventually you place the ad online, and then yeah, you know, then you hope that you may get some sales out of it. It was never really fun, it was never really something I could see myself doing for the next, yeah, the next 10 years, and I was always telling myself whilst doing this dropshipping, oh yeah, this is just a startup to start a brand, e-commerce brand eventually, that's what literally everyone in the coaching told, by the way

❇️ How I stopped stressing out about life
Two years ago around this time, my teacher assigned us our first speech in high school. I still remember the moment she announced it. My hands started sweating. My mind started spinning with every possible way I could mess up — stuttering, going blank, embarrassing myself in front of 30 classmates I barely knew. And then the day came. I went up there. Heart pounding. Voice shaky. But I made it through. The class went silent… And my teacher said something I’ll never forget: ... “Did you go up there knowing you were gonna kick everyone’s ass?” I laughed — mostly in disbelief. Because internally, I had no clue what I was doing. And that one moment taught me something I didn’t realize at the time... Fast-forward to a few weeks ago. Same teacher. Different class. Another speech. But this time, it’s weird… I’m not nervous at all. I looked around the room during work time — everyone was stressed. People biting their nails. Asking me to check their outlines. Overthinking every detail. And I just felt calm. Not because I’m some superhuman speaker or anything. But because I’d learned something that changed the way I look at stress completely. And it came from this one research study I read. ---------------------------------------------Is Stress Really Bad?--------------------------------------------- It was by researchers at the University of Wisconsin. They asked a bunch of adults two things: 1. How much stress have you experienced in the last year? 2. Do you believe stress is harmful to your health? Eight years later, they checked how many of those people had died. Turns out, high levels of stress DID increase the risk of death — But only for the people who believed stress was harmful. People who experienced lots of stress but believed it was helpful? They actually had the lowest risk of death — even lower than people who had little stress at all. Let that sink in. The BELIEF that stress is bad is what was actually bad. That’s when I realized: maybe it’s not the stress that’s killing us.
