You are the person who others rely on and it brings you purpose but isn't life more than that?
Yet there are times when you would really love to just BE
You feel a yearning for something beyond performing and giving to others
You wish someone would show up for you in the same ways you do for others
BUT
You’re monopolizing being a GIVER and not allowing anyone to give to you yet you hold a secret (or not so secret) resentment about it
What if you could stop identifying as the “giver” and were just present?
Can you imagine being able to relax into savoring something you want and really enjoy it?
Without shame or guilt
Without feeling like you “should” be doing something
Without isolating yourself because you are depleted and just need a break
Without expecting others to be mind readers and know what it is that you want!
What if you could feel regulated without having to do something for someone else?
It’s time to fill your own bucket and give others the opportunity to do for you
You’ve been so busy providing for others that you forgot about yourself.
