Looking inward is the power move
Sexual empowerment shouldn’t start with expansion
I entered the world of parties, dungeons and experiences pretty quickly on my own journey
But the truly necessary work had more to do with my own internal landscape more than being out PERFORMING sexy for others
My mind was blown during my first group cuddle experience (yes, platonic group CUDDLING)

I don’t actually know what I want
I have an idea but how do I ask for THAT?
It was looking inside myself for what I wanted or needed in that moment
Not what I was supposed to want
Not providing for what others wanted
My default was making others feel good
It was to be of service
It felt more comfortable to provide rather than to ask for something
And here I was having to look inward to see how someone could be of service to ME
Most women have a default- to be of service
It feels less vulnerable
But there is so much juiciness on being able to break that cycle and actually RECEIVE
