A little informal market research

Thinking like a consumer, could you all answer a few questions for me?

First would you see value in subscribing to a service which sends you a story in the form of a letter? A story that plays out over months through these letters as if the narrator or character is corresponding with you?

Second, if you see any value in that, can you put a specific dollar amount on the value you see? Example 5$ a month, or whatever. I just have no idea what to even ask for!
