Good day all. The purpose of this post is to help all to live yor best life. There are too many people out there who are hurting and no one to help them. We will tryto apply them to modern life- we help you try to find a better way to look at what we have and make it better. We will examine articles form LinkedIn, inspriational posts, YouTube and more. Lets discuss what these mean for you and how you can grow from them and live YOUR BEST LIFE. Investigate--Buddah
The Buddha clearly says to his followers here Investigate. Verify. Experiment. Let yourself be guided by free empirical research. With meticulous precision. With trial & error. To assess the path, To taste the fruit, its result. Free of ritual. Free of dogma. Without theology. Without philosophy. Without bias. The Buddha speaks as follows: don’t go by reports, by legends, by traditions, by scripture, by logical conjecture, by inference, by analogies ,by agreement through pondering views, by probability by the thought, ā€˜This contemplative is our teacher’ When you know for yourselves that,ā€˜ These qualities are skillful; these qualities are blameless; these qualities are praised by the wise; these qualities, when adopted & carried out, lead to welfare & to happiness’ — then you should enter & remain in them.

Self Discipline
Self dkscipline isnt about willpower, but rather about systems,. 1. Clarity- write out your goals. Make them simple to be able to follow them. 2. Environment. Rwemove distractions. Set yourself up for success. 3. The 5 minute rule. Promise to work for just 5 minutes as action creates momentum. Nike wasnt kidding when they said just do it. 4. Accountability. By having someone to keep you on your toes, you are able to focus on your goals. Tell a friend or mentor your goal. Pressure keeps you consistent. 5. Reward and consequence. Celebrate sucesses but add small penalites for skipping. 6. Identity shift. Dont just try but actually do it. Disciplikne isnt about being perfect.
