Self Discipline
Self dkscipline isnt about willpower, but rather about systems,.
  1. Clarity- write out your goals. Make them simple to be able to follow them.
  2. Environment. Rwemove distractions. Set yourself up for success.
  3. The 5 minute rule. Promise to work for just 5 minutes as action creates momentum. Nike wasnt kidding when they said just do it.
  4. Accountability. By having someone to keep you on your toes, you are able to focus on your goals. Tell a friend or mentor your goal. Pressure keeps you consistent.
  5. Reward and consequence. Celebrate sucesses but add small penalites for skipping.
  6. Identity shift. Dont just try but actually do it.
Disciplikne isnt about being perfect. It is about showing up daily.
