Be intentional ! Set one goal a day to better yourself. An example is: say no more , be more assertive, help a stranger. Make eye contact more , be present , be more positive today , say hello to strangers , offer help , call friends today , be more self compassionate, less judgemental! My intention today is too focus on the positive more ! If my brain goes to negative, I will follow it up with two positives. Find the lesson today !
