YLS Closing Post
This is a hard one to write. I've been sitting with this decision for a while and I want to be honest with you about why I'm making it — because you deserve that. Yes Life Society is closing. Not because the mission was wrong. The mission was always right — helping people find the lane that actually fits their personality, their season of life, and their capacity. That part I believe in completely. But somewhere along the way YLS grew into something beyond what I can authentically deliver right now. And I refuse to keep showing up behind a mask pretending I have it all figured out when I'm still in the middle of figuring it out myself. You came here for honesty. So here it is. What's happening next: I'm not disappearing. My content on TikTok, Threads and YouTube continues. The message stays exactly the same. If anything it's getting clearer and more honest. And the work continues — just in a simpler, more aligned form that actually matches who I am right now. To every single person in here: Thank you. Genuinely. You trusted me with your time, your struggles, and your goals. That's not something I take lightly and it's not something I'll forget. Keep going. Not in the way someone else told you to. In the way that actually fits you. That was always the whole point. — Catherine 🤍
Week 3 analytics (3/6-3/13)
1) How many total posts did I create this week? 10 posts 2⃣ How many posts created a response? 4 comments, but not keywords; 51 likes, 2 saves 3⃣ How many total conversations started this week? 0 --> need more direction here. If no one commented a keyword, then that means I'm just reaching out doing cold dm's. There has to be a better way. Please provide insight on the DM process. 4⃣ Which post created the most responses? 3/6 – “Because no one talks about how fragile one income is…especially for a burned out single mom.” 5⃣ Did I post enough Conversion content? (Yes / No — if no, increase next week) – Yes, I did. Probably over 50% of my content was conversion. But, for some reason, not as high of engagement this past week. I continue to give directional CTA’s as I know that does work for engagement. I did slack off on my 3 per day posting a few days this past week due to a few days of life obligations and just ran out of hours in the day to make actual posts, but I did post in stories. 6⃣ What am I increasing next week? Goal continues to be: post 3x daily (plus 2 stories); for my posts, will continue to follow the format: 1 attraction post, 1 Connection post, and 1 Conversion post.● Attraction ● Connection ● Conversion 7⃣ What theme am I repeating next week? I am continuing to stay with the financial pressure from operating on 1 income stream theme.
Talking videos vs. Text over B-roll. Does your audience really care?
I posed this last week during my analytics post, but I'll ask again for engagement here. Do you think more talking videos actually move your target audiences' decision-making energy better than b-roll w text on screen? I hear some business coaches say that. But I don’t think it’s a yes for all. Personally, my b-roll videos get more engagement than my talking videos. 🤷‍♀️

🚨 New Inside YLS: The 30-Day Revenue Sprint Bot
If you’ve ever thought… • “I know what to do… I’m just not executing.” • “I’m posting but nothing is converting.” • “I need someone to tell me exactly what to do today.” This is exactly why I built this. Inside Step 3 of the classroom, you’ll now find the 30-Day Revenue Sprint Bot — a tool designed to help you actually execute your plan instead of sitting on information. And that’s intentional. Because execution only works when your voice and lane are clear first. Once you unlock it, the bot can help you: ✅ Generate archetype-aligned content ideas ✅ Create hooks and CTAs that start conversations ✅ Troubleshoot when you're stuck (no views, no comments, no conversations) ✅ Turn your program or offer into clear daily posts ✅ Give you simple daily execution prompts so you stop overthinking Think of it like having a business coach sitting beside you while you execute your 30-day plan. Not theory. Not another course. Just practical help when you're stuck. Because the goal here isn’t collecting more information. The goal is making sales. And that’s when the real work begins. Question for you: When you try to execute online… where do you usually get stuck? Content ideas, conversations, or consistency?
