FINDING MY GROOVE AGAIN
Lately I’ve been trying to find my groove again. And honestly, sometimes the moments when we’re struggling are the exact moments shaping us the most. They feel heavy, dark, confusing… but they’re also the days where we grow roots. If you’re going through something right now, I see you. I’m right there with you. And I’m still here, still showing up, still building alongside you. And here’s a small win I’m proud of: I wrote 30,000 words in one week for my new memoir. Not because everything was perfect, but because I kept going anyway. Whatever you’re facing, keep moving. Even one small step counts. We’re all growing through this together.
One Page Intro
I'm starting my one page rewrite intro to one of my old stories that I started last year. it was a fun time to start writing.
First Time submitting
Closed mouths don't eat. It's something I've been learning to live by so I figured why not submit what I have. I have one story that I have been working on. It's been really fun to write so far so let me know what you think.
Big Update: “Write the First Page” Is Now "Write the Next Page"
Hey everyone, quick update.I’ve decided to change the name Write the First Page to Write the Next Page. I realized the old name made it sound like I only worked with beginners. The truth is, I love working with writers at every stage — people just starting out, and those already deep in their second draft or third book. What I really focus on is the creative mindset. Building momentum, staying confident, and finishing the stories you’ve been carrying for years. This new name feels right. It’s about progress, growth, and turning the page on whatever comes next in your writing life. Stay tuned for something new I’m creating called Write the Next Page Plus. It will be a 3 to 6-month program for writers who are ready to finally finish their novel. I’ll be sharing more details soon. Thanks for being part of this journey. I can’t wait to see what we write next together.
Getting the wins
So this week I wrote 13 pages in this story idea I wanted to work on. I've been having this idea and so ive just decided to write and see where it takes me. Its been a blast so far
