On SEPTEMBER 1ST we officially kick off our 🔥 WrestleFit Challenge of the Month 🔥 — testing your strength, stamina, and consistency all month long! 💪 Choose Your Challenge (or go beast mode and do all 3): 1. Push-Ups: 1,000 total push-ups in September. 2. Squats: 2,000 squats in September. 3.
