WrestleFit Warriors, the countdown is on... On SEPTEMBER 1ST we officially kick off our ๐ฅ WrestleFit Challenge of the Month ๐ฅ โ testing your strength, stamina, and consistency all month long!
๐ช Choose Your Challenge (or go beast mode and do all 3):
- Push-Ups: 1,000 total push-ups in September.
- Squats: 2,000 squats in September.
- Cardio Blast: 30 minutes of cardio (run, bike, row, etc.) at least 12 times in September.
๐ Leaderboard Rules:
- Post your daily/weekly progress in the comments starting September 1st.
- Tag updates with #WarriorChallenge so we can track your grind.
- The Leaderboard will be updated every week so we all see whoโs putting in work.
