Saturday morning
Good morning lovely Women In Recovery! I remember Saturday mornings for me used to be horrifying. Hearing the birds chirping and calling me a loser. Staying in bed all day feeling sick, nauseous, anxiety and depressed. On beautiful days on rainy days on any kind of day I want to know what you do now in recovery that helps you to build those healthy habits Right now I am sipping on some tea with fresh ginger fresh turmeric a little bit of pepper and some lime. I am so grateful And this page may say women in recovery but any woman is welcome here. Here we want to inspire women through their tough times in their Good times and hope that everyone can live a healthy happy peaceful life So tell me ladies what do you do on your Saturday mornings Love, Maria
