Do you brush your hair?
Hey lovely Women In Recovery, In the beginning of my recovery I struggled with even the little things like brushing my hair once a day. Brushing my teeth once a day. And not taking showers for days. Today, I have a routine very wake up I make my tea and my smoothie, and I like to get ready for the day. What are some daily routines and habits that you want to build or that you already have. Not feeling well
Hey lovely Women In Recovery I am feeling under the weather and barely can talk What do you do when you know you need self-care? I drink lavender chamomile tea with honey, drink water, and rest. If I need to take a day off, that is ok and that's what I will do Let us know so we can help other women maneuver life in recovery
