Workouts
Good morning and welcome to day 1! You will be seeing more of me in month 2 during the "macro nutrition" portion of the program but wanted to mention that you should have received an email this AM regarding a workout app called Trainerize.
That is my workout app where you will have options from 2 banded workouts, 4 at home DB workouts and 4 gym workouts. You can choose any options throughout the week that work for you. Ideally most clients do very well with 3 lifts per week but if you're just starting out can do just 1-2 OR if you feel comfortable can choose the 4 lifts per week.
Once you set up your account, click on the kettlebell icon in the bottom right hand corner to find a list of all the lifts (you can mix & match gym & home workouts as needed). Once you click on the workout, it will show you the layout of that days' workout along with sets and repetitions required. There is a video for every single movement so you know how to perform it.
