Former tenant randomly sends us $750
Always follow thru with evictions and Judgements when a tenant owes 🫵🏽 money‼️
Story time : 7 years ago , I bought my first large apartment complex ( apartment buying class in the classroom section) all the existing tenants were terrible, or nasty or didn’t pay. So eventually most had to move out or get evicted. That’s just normal , you want your own tenants longterm anyway.
Fast forward today , a lady called us out of the blue because she finally wanted to get her credit right & we had a judgment against her.. and she paid her outstanding balance 🤯.. 7 year later ‼️
