I finally got this refinance closed today .. hopefully funded this week. Normally, I wouldn’t post something like this but hopefully it motivates you all to stay aggressive. This was a cash out refinance blanket loan. $112k in my pocket .. and we got $300k 5 years prior on the same package of homes… who is paying for it 👀… not me .. my tenants .. BRRRR always works 💪🏽‼️
