So eventually most had to move out or get evicted. That’s just normal , you want your own tenants longterm anyway. Fast forward today , a lady called us out of the blue because she finally wanted to get her credit right & we had a judgment against her.. and she paid her outstanding balance 🤯.. 7 year later ‼️
