I've been following a Real Estate Expert since 1998 & he has had the most accurate predictions that I put my money behind. Here are the conclusions from his latest report: 1)Ai disruption will cause 3x unemployment from 5% which it is now to 15%. 2)This will cause the Feds to lower interest rates to effectively 0% and we will see mortgage rates in 2029 at 1.5% to 2.0%.3)There will be no noticeable price deterioration in Real Estate assets (residential family homes specifically) I'm gearing up for this run, are you?

@Ellis San Jose thanks for sharing your insights 🙏🏾.. I always value your perspective… I have been seeing a lot of this line of thinking .. definitely agree on AI ( if not worse ) .. the only assumption that I would counter .. is mortgage rates being tied to the 10 year treasury means that RE mortgage rates are a lot more tied to foreign policy than we would initially think … if foreign nations feel that they need to de couple form the U.S. dollar that could keep rates higher despite whatever the FED tries to do .. I’m hopeful 🙏🏾that your guy is right and I’m wrong
