We went THREE HOURS last night. 😂🔥
Cohort #1 of THE ZIP CODE LEAD SYSTEM™ officially kicked off, and I tried to end the session.
The ladies kept asking questions.
So we kept working.
And I wasn't tired. Three hours felt like the first 10 minutes.
But here's what really got me.
Listen to what some of these AI consultants said they were struggling with:
“I’m certified, but I haven’t monetized anything yet.”
“You get these certifications…and then you're like, what do I do with it?”
“I overthink…and I don't execute.”
“I've put so much money into these programs, and I need to get an ROI.”
THAT'S THE PROBLEM I'M AFTER. 🎯
Last night we started moving from AI KNOWLEDGE toward actual local opportunity.
Participants:
🎯 selected target workshop dates
🤝 identified potential local partners
📱 received an outreach strategy
💡 developed workshop concepts around audiences they already know
📍 started looking at the relationships and opportunities already sitting in their communities
And I gave them one challenge for the next 30 days:
“What if you executed more than you consumed?”
Because knowing AI doesn't automatically create clients.
People do business with people.
Relationships create rooms.
Rooms create opportunities.

I'm believing God for FRUIT from the work these consultants are about to put in.
And I'm reminded of Galatians 6:9: in due season we reap when we don't give up.
