We need to start looking at the way AI can assist you in reducing friction (stress) in your life on the day to day. Was actually working on my curriculum for the next four weeks when Claude gave me this message -- I told AI to pull files from my Google Drive folder and asked which Gmail account it was connected to and it told me (acting as my Executive Assistant) btw that there was a job it could help me do, clean up my email inbox of over 13K emails....then it went back to helping with my task at hand.
