Welcome to Win the Morning!
I am so incredibly excited to have you here. This community is built for one single purpose: to help each other cultivate intentional daily habits, share best practices, and build unstoppable momentum—so we can all become morning routine pros and win the day. Before we dive into the strategy, habits, and focus-setting, let’s start easy with a quick question Early Bird or Night Owl?

Who we are
If you like, tell us a little about yourself in the comments Don't be shy and use these three quick questions: 1. Where in the world are you joining us from? 2. What does your current morning look like? (Be honest! Even if it's just hitting snooze 5 times). 3. What does "winning the morning" look like for you? (e.g., waking up without stress, having time for fitness, starting work with absolute focus?) 4. Let’s build some momentum. Drop your intro below and go welcome a few fellow members!
When do you take in your first portion of natural light?
I was just asked when I typically get natural light in the morning. I am living in Austria, so in summer the sun rises early and sets late, in winter the opposite: we often have to get up when it's still dark outside. I typically get up and walk to my bedroom's window, open it fully and look outside. Even in winter - in order to check if it had snowed and I need to rush because I have to first shovel snow. 😄 In winter I turn on the bright light in the bathroom when my day shall start (if I got up too early and want to spend another round in bed the light stays off). And I am using a daylight lamp for several minutes to set my biological clock. So what about you?

Quit or continue
Dear all, since there is not really much traffic in this community I am thinking of quitting it. I wanted to give it a try to build a community from scratch. But I am not having the energy nor time for extensive advertisement on social media. Did you check out the challenge? How did you like it? Let me know what you think: continue to support each other to become morning pro's that use the first minutes of the day for themselves? Or just do it by yourself individually? Thanks, Sandra
