Hi, I'm Artur!
I approach communication scientifically because small talk feels awkward to me, uncertainty in human interactions stresses me, and I much prefer deep 1-on-1s.
But life doesn't always let you pick the format. So I built a system that turns stress into charisma.
This community is for: introverts, engineers, founders, quiet thinkers who suddenly have to speak up.
My mission is completed:
If you've fixed a severe bug & talked about it proudly.
If you've solved a real problem for a customer & talked about it straight.
If you have a good idea for your team & presented it clearly in front of a team.
etc.
If you have a presentation to do, or a conference is coming, get on board and create for yourself a safety network that will tell you bluntly what is good, what is not and how you can improve it, but will also cheer you up like no one else :DD
