Made 115 Calls tonight!! Had 4 inbound calls! -all not interested Had 17 Pick ups! 9 Hang Ups. 1 call back tomorrow 3 Not interested. 1 Wrong Number. 3 Ai pick ups got forwarded to voicemail. 45 voicemails left in total. Today was a pretty good day! I finally got reconnected with one of my sellers! Got some more info on the property my buyer was asking about, and it's leaning in his favor so that's nice. We shall see how this one goes! Still BSing back n forth on price. It always seems to be the family that has the issue with the price and not the actual seller.. I find that interesting.. lol I still have my offers ready to present. Just need these people to answer the phone!!! Its like they are burning a hole in my pocket!! Haha Cleaned up the CRM today and updated the computer. Running so much smoother now. I got a good day planned out for tomorrow. Should have more time on the Dialer, we will see how that goes! Its been exciting to see how this all evolves with the more time I devote to it. Can only imagine how things would be if I was able to have an entire day dedicated to this. . but we will get there.. with time. But for now... Stay consistent. Stay focused. and most importantly.. Tax delinquency list question
I’ve heard wholsaling houses can be a challenge in rural areas. For instance my county I’m working stretches further out from a city and I got homes delinquent in the rural parts too. How have yall been managing wholesaling homes in markets like this? Is it best to just stay in the city part and not even bother going beyond the city lines? I’m thinking it needs to be a locked up at a steep discount to be good if there are less buyers?
