God is good y’all! I closed on a house in Denver, CO on Friday, July 25th and made a $14k fee on it. My JV partners put in a lot of work on the dispo side and made a decent fee as well. Shout out to Max Dispo!
I also closed on a vacant lot in Bella Vista, AR on Monday and made $1k on it. It’s small, but I’ll take it! Should have another one under contract here in the next couple hours, God willing. All from the comfort of my home in El Paso, TX!
