Virtual Wholesaling
So I'm playing around with Xleads in my local market in South Dakota and it seems pretty dead. I think I may have to go virtual. How have those of you going this route started out? Or even chosen a market? With the whole country open, it feels like an overwhelming decision.
How have you handled boots on the ground? I know JV would be easier, but I definitely want to do more than just that.
