Vegas and Colorado
We look at all deals 70% of ARV or below.
Whole house renovations. The uglier the better. Can share current or past flips if need be. Only fix and flips atm.
Single family, multi-family, condos/townhouses, and mobile homes.
(Have anything outside of our buy box, maybe a different state, I can JV with you personally. If it pencils out, it's closing a good majority.)
$300-$700k ARV.
Look for 8-10% on returns.
