I don't know what was going on today. But the energy sure was different. Everyone I talked to seemed to be in such a good mood! They were all just really polite and respectful. Made calling seem well..kind of.. dare I say.. enjoyable?. LOL Makes the no lead days not so bad forsure.

Made 115 Calls Today!

Had 8 inbound calls. 5 Not interested. 2 wrong numbers. 1 interested in selling!

Had 13 Pick Ups.

2 Not Interested.

9 Wrong Numbers.

1 Hang Up.

1 call back later when owner is home.

Left 30 voicemails

Connected with a local realtor interested in selling one of his rentals. After chatting for a few min. It seemed like he was just wondering what kind of offer he would get for it. Doesn't sound like he's really motivated. But Im gonna call him back tomorrow and shoot my shot anyways n see what happens.

Working on dedicating more time to my follow ups that don't seem to answer the phone again. Haha gonna call em 3 times tomorrow and see what happens!

Schedule adjusting again. This should be good. Excited for what tomorrow has waiting for me!!!!
