Tenant being stubborn
I got a deal ready to move but all the buyers want pictures. The tenant is okay with doing walkthroughs but I can’t seem to get pictures due to him not knowing how to use the phone and also i’m his last priority so it’s hard trying to schedule someone to go in and get pictures
What’s everyone’s opinion on this?
