When was it?

How much did you make?

For me, my first wholesale deal closed in January of 2018 and I made $7k. Certainly not the biggest deal I've ever done, but it was HUGE as far as proof of concept and building my confidence.

The buyer wouldn't close until the house was vacant and the seller couldn't move without the funds. I ended up loaning the seller $1,500 so that they could move out before closing, I got paid back at closing from their proceeds.
