On these two I had some real life conversations where the sellers actually opened up on all levels. Way more then all the other sellers I've come across had so far. We talked through a few different scenarios on how things could play out and what their options were. This. This feels like we are actually making headway now. Like we are offering homeowners solutions to their real life problems not just some cash in their account. It's way different when it's not just the numbers and small talk.

I appreciate the few people in this community that have helped widen my mental spectrum on how to better help sellers in need. I needed it.
