Propwire leads, anyone?!
Hey everyone,I'm curious what the group thinks about Propwire for pulling leads. I’m considering using it for mass lead generation (not skiptracing—just talking about the lead data here).
Has anyone actually pulled leads from Propwire, skiptraced them separately, and had your callers dial those numbers?
- Was the data any good?
- Did you get decent contact rates?
- Any success converting those leads into deals?
I’m trying to figure out if using their free leads is actually worth it, or if it ends up costing more in wasted hours and dead-end calls.
Also, how does Propwire’s lead data compare to Propstream and DealMachine?I’m not talking about the skiptracing results or extra features—just the quality and usefulness of the lead lists.
Any honest experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!
