On or Off market
Do y'all have better success finding deals on zillow fsbo or by the seller being represented by and agent. Or as a beginner would it be better to start off market and drive for dollars to get my own list to cold call through, I feel like it would be a longer process but i also feel like the on market deals have so much competition with other investors, do I need make an offer to the seller/agent as soon as its listed or should I look for properties that have been sitting on the market for 60+ days so the seller may take a lower offer. Im not sure which approach would be best for starting out I've heard mixed answers online.
