I was going to stop calling but decided I needed to stick to the bare minimum of 100 calls. And I'm glad I did. I have 2 other sellers interested in selling tomorrow or this week at the latest! One doesn't do work on Sundays and said to call back tomorrow. The other one I'm working through texts because she said she prefers texting vs talking on the phone.

Have any of you guys had sellers prefer texting over calling? Have you closed through texts?
