Not always glamorous… but always worth it.
Just got off a long, rough 24-hour shift at the firehouse and before I even had time to fully decompress, I was out here shoveling snow so my end buyer could swing by and do a final walkthrough before closing tomorrow.
Everything’s already set to close 💰
But with this crazy freezing Northeast weather, he just wanted peace of mind that no pipes burst and the property was solid.
So yeah… boots on, shovel out, problem solved.
This is what people don’t talk about in real estate:
  • Doing the little things
  • Taking care of your buyers
  • Protecting the deal no matter how tired you are
That’s how you build trust.
That’s how deals actually close.
