My first contract
Just wanted to share a win. I locked up my first contract today!!
Just wanted to update this sadly the deal didn't go through my seller died before we even got to walk the property. But I have been checking probate records, so maybe I'll still get this deal. Thanks, everyone for the support keep your nose to the Grindstone.
