Hey everyone,
My sister and I want to sell our combined 13.33% interest in our late grandmother’s Miami house for immediate liquidity.
The house is valued at $607,500, making our share worth roughly $81,000. We will sell our portion outright for $60,000 cash to a buyer who wants to take over our position.
The deal is currently stalled because of a family paperwork deadlock (a missing waiver to sell). An investor can buy our share, sign the waiver to clear the title, and collect the backend money when the house sells.
