Ladies and gentlemen. I am now a buyer my self. If you can find me a single family home in Virginia, Alexandria/ D.C. Area, or Richmond. I will consider other areas, on case by case basis. I will look at everything from Virginia. Warning, if you do not have a real estate license. You may only do up to, 1-2 wholesale deals in a 12 month span before it is considered acting as a brokerage. Please keep that in mind. So if you haven’t done a deal in Virginia you should be fine, as long as that is the only deal you do. Within 12 months (or just get a license) I’ll accept either, licensed or not, little guys gotta eat too 🤙🤙
