Looking for my First Market
What states are the easiest to operate as a virtual wholesaler?
I've read the South Carolina is cracking down and Ohio now requires a separte contract that specifically discloses that you are a wholesaler (not a deal-breaker) but would like to find a state that offers the path of least resistance.
