Made 171 calls tonight!

Had 8 inbound calls. 6 not interested. The other 2 I couldn't get on the phone after I missed their return calls.

Had 21 pick ups.

8 not interested.

2 wrong numbers.

8 hang ups.

Left 64 voicemails.

1 cash buyer looking for more fix n flips in my market!

2 homeowners interested in selling.

Was off to a great start today and then about 10min in I discovered I finished my list up earlier than expected and there were no more contacts on the Dialer to call.. Well shit.. that wasn't on the agenda today. Haha pulled a fresh probate list and powered up the Dialer. And about an hour or so in I came across a good probate lead. I can't lie.. I got a little excited after that conversation. But I don't wanna get my hopes up just yet. I got to the party a bit early. We gotta see how things play out.

That cash buyer though is a heavyweight in the game. Doing multiple properties a month.

Im really liking the relationships that are forming with my buyers I connect with over the phone vs online/groups/social media. Just a different vibe to it.

Excited to see where this journey is going to take me.
