I worked this out with chat gpt after d4d the list is ugly properties highly distressed. One sold in 2020 for just under 800,000
Also if anyone wants to helpme develope a contract please weigh in. We can discuss the ins and outs. I prefer anyone who is in, near or has experience in s jersey if possible
