8 Wrong Numbers.

4 Hang Ups.

1 Not interested.

1 Cash Buyer looking for more projects!

Left 40 Voicemails.

Today I got a new number and the pick up rates increased. Thinking they should increase a bit higher when I'm calling at my normal times. We shall see tomorrow.

I connected with a local investor in my market looking for another fix n flip project!

Something interesting I've noticed about these relationships with these investors.. I seem to have more in depth conversations with the female investors vs the males. Maybe they just like to talk more..? idk haha

After paying more attention to my CRM, pipeline , and adding more notifications to everything. I found 3 deals I underwrote but never presented the offer to the seller!... SMH...they got lost in the call logs lol.

Them Follow up Notifications are Important!

Gonna be so much nicer when Im a2p approved and can send an automated follow up text.

Got some new tasks on the agenda for tomorrow. Perhaps these are the deals I've been expecting. Only time will tell! Tomorrow IS THE DAY!!
