Quick question for the group.
Does anyone here have developers or commercial land buyers actively purchasing larger tracts in the Jacksonville area?
I'm working directly with a family on a potential multi-parcel opportunity near the Cecil Commerce Center corridor. I'm still completing my due diligence, but I'd love to connect with anyone whose buyers may be interested before I move further.
