What's your favorite government list in any given market?

I am looking to make my first deal. please keep in mind that I am looking to make this deal by next week or the week after at most. Please keep in mind I have 0 dollars to start so I am focusing on government lists. I cannot afford x leads so I am doing manual skip tracing. I am using true people search and cyber background checks. I am looking to hit the ground running and I need friendly advice. Given your experience, which of these government lists are you most likely going to get a sale on? What I'm asking for is your input, your valuable opinion, which is the best list that yields the best return both financially and the fastest to lock up a deal with a motivated seller.
