Introduce myself - WA state
Greetings 👊
My name is Sam. Been following Zach and Rick for a while now. Went through there entire course and doing it again.
My main market is Washington State. I’m also looking at Florida and Georgia as Virtual Markets. I’m a wholesaler not a cash buyer. I do know a little bit about creative finance but have never done a deal in the space before.
I’ve closed 3 days in total. Started back in 2019. My strengths are comping, underwriting, and dispositions. I have done everything in acquisitions before as well. My weakness is closing the deal and negotiating (things I’m working on).
That being said, always down to JV 50/50. Focused on SFH and Land.
