But been wholesaling a while now, i have some solid buyers looking properties in Delaware state , Kent county, Sussex county, they are mainly flipper with over a million dollar budget. 70% - repairs they want to pay. soo, theses are serious buyers , I've seen their work. Soo, if your working on a deal in Delaware, lets JV and close it right away. They are presently working on 3 projects. looking for 3 more into the new years.
