Here's some of the main photos I need so I guestimate how much for cosmetic stuff
HVAC Unit: Photos of the furnace and AC condenser to check age and condition.
Electrical Panel: A clear shot of the breaker box (to check for federal pacific or zinsco panels).
Water Heater: A picture of the water heater and its surroundings.
Roof: A shot of the roof's condition
2. Structural
Foundation: Look for cracks in the basement or foundation walls.
Ceilings & Walls
Flooring: Close-ups, especially in high-traffic areas.
Basement/Crawl Space: Any signs of structural issues.
3. Kitchen & Bathrooms
Kitchen: Full shots of the kitchen, including countertops, cabinets, and appliances.
Bathrooms: Photos of all bathrooms, focusing on showers/tubs and vanities.
4. Exterior & Site
Front & Back: Full views of the front (including roof and siding) and back of the house.
Street Scene: The immediate surroundings and neighbors, to assess the neighborhood quality.
Driveway/Garage: Condition of the driveway, carport, or garage.
Damaged Areas: Specific shots of peeling paint, broken shutters, or dilapidated fences.
5. Other Important Interior
Interior Rooms: Every room, including living rooms, bedrooms, and utility rooms.
Windows: Clear shots to see if they are updated or original.
Ideally like 30 to 50 pictures
And maybe a one minute video walkthrough.
My partner and I are going to try to renovate it in house and resell at market value
